Get a refund (if eligible)

If you purchased from livingproof.com within the past 30 days, visit our returns center (https://livingproof.returnscenter.com), input your information, and choose the reason "product(s) are defective."

If you purchased from any other authorized retailer and are within their returns window, contact that retailer to make the return. We are unable to refund payment that we did not accept directly.
Get a replacement
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, or are outside the returns window, we can replace eligible products that were purchased from us or from authorized resellers. Please contact us at questions@livingproof.com to provide the following information:
- Order number from livingproof.com, Amazon, or Tiktok shop; or proof of purchase, if purchased elsewhere
- Lot code (black inkjet number/letters on the bottom of the can)
- Product type and size
- Name and shipping address (contiguous US only)
- Phone number
