Unfortunately, we are rarely able to cancel or modify orders after they have been placed, as all orders are sent directly to our warehouse for packing to ensure they arrive as quickly as possible. This includes changing the address on an order.
If your order was placed in the past hour or two, please reach out as soon as you can at questions@livingproof.com with your order number, and our team will try to have this updated prior to shipping. Once your order has been shipped, we are no longer able to make any changes to the address.
If the reason for cancellation or modification is because of a subscription order, you can easily change or cancel any of your subscriptions at livingproof.com/subscriptions so that you can change the frequency or correct any errors before your next shipment.
